HTTP API

API reference

Call device commands over HTTP. Paths use your account UID and device UID: /api/{userUid}/{deviceUid}.

Endpoint

Send a POST request to /api/{userUid}/{deviceUid} with a JSON body. GET /api shows this documentation.

POST https://your-host/api/{userUid}/{deviceUid}
Content-Type: application/json

{
  "command": "<commandName>",
  "params": { ... }
}

Both UIDs are shown in the dashboard. Treat them as secrets — anyone who has them can call commands on that device.

Commands

sendMessage

Send a text message to a chat

Queues a plain-text WhatsApp message from this device. chatId is the recipient number in international format (digits only) or a full JID. Implementation is stubbed until messaging is connected.

Example

curl -X POST https://your-host/api/u_YOUR_USER_UID/m_YOUR_DEVICE_UID \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"command":"sendMessage","params":{"chatId":"972501234567","text":"Hello from MyAPI"}}'
